Our Story
Take Love is a youth initiative of Anglicare. We’re all about taking the love of Jesus to our community and inspiring others to do the same. We're here to equip you, your school and your youth group with practical ways to get involved in Anglicare’s life-changing work.
What has God put on your heart? Improving people’s mental health? Alleviating poverty? Preventing domestic abuse? Caring for older people? Connecting with the lonely and isolated?
Whatever it is, we can help you make a difference.
And while you're in the thick of it, we have a heap of free resources to help you share the love of Jesus.

Anglicare
For over 160 years, Anglicare has been serving people in need – providing care for older people and services for the vulnerable. We honour Jesus Christ in all we do and provide opportunities for people to encounter him through our work.
As the need in our community has grown, so have we. Today, 4000 staff and 2000 volunteers serve more than 60,000 people across the Sydney Diocese and beyond in over 130 locations.
Anglicare offers a whole range of services, including foster care and adoption, op shops, food and financial assistance, mental health and counselling services, retirement living, chaplaincy, home care, residential aged care and much more.
